BIRMINGHAM and MONGOMERY TOP  the LIST of the POOREST, BLACKEST, DUMBEST DISTRICTS in the STATE of ALABAMA!

QUESTION: Why are so many of the PREDOMINATELY BLACK SCHOOL DISTRICTS in the STATE of ALABAMA struggling ACADEMICALLY?

QUESTION: Looking back was GEORGE WALLACE right about the NEGATIVE EFFECTS that INTERGRATION would have on the GREAT STATE of ALABAMA and the rest of the NATION!

QUESTION: Has INTERGRATION really fulfilled its PROMISE to UNITE the RACES, or has it led to more RACIAL DISCOURSE and SEGREGATION!

Take a PEAK around MONTGOMERY and BIRMINGHAM and then tell U.S. what you see, but don't be too SURPRIZED if you don't see many, SORRY, I meant to say "ANY" WHITE PEOPLE, because they all left long ago!
