UNSAFE and POOR PERFORMING PUBLIC SCHOOLS in CALIFORNIA!
The STATE of CALIFORNIA and the CITY of LOS ANGELES has seen more than their share of UNDER-PERFORMING PUBLICLY FUNDED SCHOOLS.
QUESTION: What can the STATE of CALIFORNIA and in particular the CITY of LOS ANGELES do to IMPROVE overall SCHOOL PERFORMANCE?
ANSWER: Bus in BRIGHTER and WHITER STUDENTS from the GATED SUBURBS, anything less than that would require an "ACT of GOD"!
