If you as a TEACHER, a STAFF MEMBER or SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR know that a SERIOUS CRIME has been COMMITTED on any CAMPUS and FAIL to REPORT than CRIME to the appropriate AUTHORITIES you become an ACCPMPLICE to the CRIMINAL ACT!
It is against the LAW to TURN a BLIND EYE to any CRIMINAL ACTIVITY! That includes FAILING to REPORT DISRUPTIVE, VIOLENT and/or POTENTIALLY VIOLENT, as well as, SEXUALLY INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIORS!
Furthermore, if you as an AGENT of any STATE or FEDERAL AGENCY know that someone or something is creating a HAZARDOUS situation in the WORK/SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT and FAIL to REPORT it, you make yourself PROFESSIONALLY LIABLE and open yourself up to LITIGATION!
PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEMS NATION WIDE have a well-establish method of COVERING-UP CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES on CAMPUSES!
SCHOOL SYSTEM historically have avoided discussing the DETAILS of CRIMINAL ACTS on their CAMPUSES by using a TERM that PRESIDENT OBAMA often employs, “IT’S UNDER INVESTIGATION”! What a totally BOGUS and BULL$HYT STATEMENT!
FACT: PRESIDENT OBAMA has been INVESTIGATING the NSA, U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT, BENGHIZA, IRS, DOJ, SS, FBI, CIA for the past 2-years and no one has yet to be FIRED or even called into the WHITEHOUSE for QUESTIONING!
CAMERAS are UNCOVERING a lot of PEOPLE MISBEHAVING on CAMPUSES and sadly, it’s not only the STUDENTS who have been MISBEHAVING!
Furthermore, PHYSICAL, SEXUAL and VIOLENT CRIME COVER-UPS have been an on-going problem for the CATHOLIC CHURCH, as well as, some PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEMS and major UNIVERSITIES around the entire COUNTRY like LSU, UNO, DUKE, NOLTRE DAME, ALABAMA, AUBURN, TULANE, UNO, GEORGIA, TEXAS, USM, OKAHOMA, PENN STATE, UCLA, etc.
As a PROFESSIONAL please do not allow yourself to become involved in any kind of COVER-UP!
 Report serious VIOLATIONS to your SUPERVISORS, then call the UNION, the POLICE or CHILD PROTECTION, but do not allow ANYONE, or any ENTITY to turn you into an ACOMPLICE!
TEACHERS, SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS and SCHOOL STAFF PERSONNEL have a PROFESSIONAL DUTY to REPORT any SUSPICIOUS and/or UNSCRUPULOUS ACTIVITIES that might ENDANGER any one on CAMPUS!
