Has the CHARTER SCHOOL PROGRAM worked in NEW ORLEANS?

Some CHARTER SCHOOLS in NEW ORLEANS have THRIVED, while others have CRUMBLED!

The CHARTER PROGRAM in the CITY of NEW ORLEANS has been a "MIXED BAG"! Without mentioning any NAMES or dropping and HINTS some of the so-called CAPITALISTS that came into NEW ORLEANS after HURRICANE KATRINA quickly left TOWN with a BUNCH of STATE and FEDERAL USD'S! Very few of the original CHARTER SCHOOL OWNERS in the BIG EASY have actually stuck around, however, MOST PROMISED EVERYTHING and DELIVERED NOTHING but more HOT AIR and more CHAOS than KATRINA!

In 2013, the single BIGGEST PROBLEM with CHARTER SCHOOLS in the CITY of NEW ORLEANS is that some CHARTER SCHOOLS continue to FUDGE on their STUDENT ENROLLMENT and DAILY ATTENDANCE NUMBERS, which actually COST LOUISIANA TAX PAYERS over 100-MILLION USD's annually!

CHARTER SCHOOLS are taking in over $10,000 USD's for each and every STUDENT they BILL the STATE of LOUISIANA and the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT! That's a lot of MONEY, especially if they are BILLING U.S. for STUDENTS who NEVER EVER show up for SCHOOL!
... but don't tell ANYBODY, let it be our "DIRTY LITTLE SECRET"!
