URBAN RENEWAL and URBAN GENTRIFICATION has turned-out to be a BUST for both INVESTORS and HOME OWNERS

URBAN RENEWAL and URBAN GENTRIFICATION has turned-out to be a BUST for both INVESTORS and HOME OWNERS!
White flight continues to be a persistent problem with regard to urban gentrification which has turned out to be a total disaster for gentrifiers due to highly over-priced home values, legal challenges from city hall and surrounding communities, protests associated with minority activist groups, costly project delays, zoning denials along with plummeting resale values, violent crime and failing public school districts. Urban gentrification has failed in all of the following urban areas: New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Seattle, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Birmingham, Nashville, Memphis, Baltimore, Philly, St Louis, Charleston, Charlotte, Tulsa, Kansas City, Washington D.C. and too many other urban areas to list!
