For two they dont tell you what the offer is nor will they tell you on the phone , have to wait to receive the check to accept or decline. Will never do business with them again! I sent them 800 washed balls and for sure some of them were not on the A list balls. But I did include at least 100 Pro V1's, REMOVEDChrome just to see how they did. I got a check for $52.50 or about 6 cents per ball. So they don't even come close to their advertising. Needless to say they won't be getting any more ball from me! I will just sell them on Marketplace for $5.00 a dozen and come out WAY ahead. 3 stars I rated a three because it was about what I expected. If it weren't for the freight expense, of course the payout would be a bit better. I have found selling them locally to not be worth the time and effort, as collecting them is time intensive enough already. Their quality rating scale is exactly what they portrayed. Looking at the total picture, I would say they found a market niche and offer a reasonable program for the sale of my golf balls. The last thing I want is to alienate my local pro for selling golf balls to his patrons! Selling them on facebook marketplace is a pain in the anatomy and time intensive, I would rather be playing golf anyway. 1 star I sent in 3000 golf balls I got a check for $281 I know for a fact that I sent in over a thousand other brands they asked for All top a quality I know they're top a quality because I took them out of the package and put them in there 300 I would personally not send them another golf ball they took them over 2 weeks to get me a check for a puny amount that I could have went to the golf ball range and sold 500 balls for REMOVEDis the runaround and a crappy service I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy they are a ripoff. 1 star We Buy Golf Balls states that if you are dissatisfied with the price evaluation of the balls you send, REMOVEDwill return them, and the seller will return the check. I sent them 250 personally inspected, unmarked balls. REMOVEDstated the balls were devalued because they contained heavy blue markings. This is false, because I have sold many balls to buyers and know not to include marked balls in the ones I send. Dissatisfied with the value they purported to place on them, I requested that my balls be returned. WBGB returned 250 marked, scuffed, and dirty balls, not the ones I sent. In other words, they returned their garbage to me. Thus, they did not honor their claim that, if I am unsatisfied with their price, WBGB would return the golf balls they received. This is considered a deceptive business practice under Michigan law. Accordingly, I gave them 10 days to return the unmarked balls they received, in accordance with their stated business practice, and I will return their check. Failure to do so will result in my filing a complaint. It is irrelevant whether the REMOVEDacts on the complaint, but it is relevant that a complaint filed against We Buy Golf Balls will be in the REMOVEDs files. REMOVEDfailed to return my balls or respond to my threat to file a claim with the REMOVED, so I have filed a formal deceptive business claim with the REMOVED. The returned garbage balls from REMOVEDwere donated to Goodwill. Even though REMOVEDis not an accredited member of the BBB, I have sent this to you for publication.
