There is a huge difference between "TYPICAL TEENAGE HORSEPLAY" and "ABNORMAL BEHAVIOR"! "TTB" is LEGAL and "AB" can often lead to being ARRESTED! ... and with that being said, if you get caught STEALING, ASSAULTING PEOPLE and ACTING like an IDIOT or an AZZHOLE along with RESISTING ARREST and THROWING-A-TANTRUM like a TWO-YEAR-OLD there is an excellent chance that you are going to end up getting ARRESTED, INCARCERATED and FACING STIFF FIMES for DISTURBING THE PEACE and MAKING A FOOL OUT OF YOURSELF!
