SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST offers a SYSTEMATIC EXPLANATION as to why BLACK STUDENTS are disproportionately DISCIPLINED in PUBLIC SCHOOLS compared to their WHITE, ASAIN and LATINO PEERS! . Recent studies indicate that Black Students face higher rates of suspension and more severe punishments for similar infractions than White Students. For instance, a 2017 study found that in Louisiana, Black students were twice as likely to be suspended and received longer suspensions for the same behaviors. Furthermore, a systematic review highlighted that despite efforts to reduce these disparities, Black Students continue to be punished more frequently. Data indicates that Black Student misbehave at a much higher disporportunate rate compared to their White, Asain and latino Peers. Black Students much more likely argue, fuss and fight than their White, Asain and Latino Counterparts! ... and White, Asain and latino Parents are much less likely to defend their Offspring when they misbehave than Black Parents. . KEY FINDINGS: . Higher Suspension Rates: Black students are suspended at rates significantly higher than their white, Asain and Latino counterparts (TRUE) . Severity of Punishments: Black Students often do receive harsher penalties for similar infractions simply because they much more likely to become belligerent, disrespectful, defiant and aggressive than White, Asain and Latino Counterparts (TRUE) . Persistent Disparities: Despite policy changes aimed at reducing these disparities Black Students continue to misbehave at significantly higher rates than their White, Asain and Latino Counterparts (TRUE) . SUMMARY DATA: . These findings underscore the need for ongoing efforts to address and rectify racial disparities in school discipline practices. However, anyone with access to local and national news media outlets along with social media outlets like YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM, GAB and GETTR provide evidence that Black Communities are policed heavier because the crime rates in those communities are so disproportunately higher with regard to Violent Gang Activities, Drug Distribution, Rapes, Robberies and Murders. In the State of Louisiana look at all the chaos going on in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lake Charles, Monroe, Lafayette, Shreveport and Bossier City. ... and on the National level take a look at what's happening in big cities like St Louis, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, New York City, Memphis, Jackson, Tulsa, Kansis City, Charleston, Charlotte, Los Angeles, Baltimore, Philly, Fergerson and Washington D.C.! All of these Major American Cities have experienced excorbitant rates of White Flight over the past 6-decades due to the fact that they are all bloated with Violent Crime, Public Corruption, High Unemployments Rates, Failing Public School Districts, Dire Poverty, Alcohol and Drug Addicts. White Folks do not want to live nor raise their Offsprings in those types of enviornments and neither do Asain and Latino Populations.
