In 2008, President Barack Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder met with Morris Dees the Lead Attorney and Co-founder of the Southern Poverty Law Center and agreed to implement what was then called "TEACHING TOLERANCE" and is now referred to as "LEARNING FOR JUSTICE" an education program which has been able to integrate its infamous far-left Anti-Christian/Anti-American lesson plans into 224 school districts in 43 states, plus Washington D.C.!

“Our public schools across the United States, serve families from diverse political, religious, and cultural backgrounds. Obviously Public schools should be politically neutral, but instead the Southern Poverty Law Center’s Learning for Justice program has been able to integrate their far-left content and materials into our public schools.” Parents should have trust in their children’s school curriculum. The NAAWP is now calling on the U.S. Department of Justice to provide transparency and clear accounting of SPLC’s influence on the educational experience of our nation's students.

"LEARNING FOR JUSTICE" promotes far-left ideologies and viewpoints that have absolutely nothing to do with core subjects like reading, writing and arithmetic. The SPLC's Learning for Justice pushes an Anti-Christian/Anti-American far leftwing agenda. For example, the SPLC Social Justice Standards reinforces “far-left cultural and political ideologies including "Marxist style activism, violent groups like Black Lives Matter and ANTIFA along with foolish topics like ABORTION, LGBT and QUEER LIFESTYLES, GENDER IDEOLOGY, WHITE SUPREMACY and TRANSGENGERISM. Absolutely nothing associated with topics like ABORTION, LGBT and QUEER LIFESTYLES, GENDER IDEOLOGY, WHITE SUPREMACY and TRANSGENGERISM has anything to do with obtaining a quality education or simply being succesful in life.

SPLC’s website and documents can be found on school district webpages, in teacher professional development and trainings, classroom lessons, district-wide curricula, equity policies and resources.

SPLC was indicted in April on federal fraud charges from a years-long alleged covert paid informant program that Justice Department officials said allocated millions of dollars in donations to a network of informants affiliated with or closely tied to white supremacist and neo-Nazi groups. In fact, one SPLC' top level official, namely Eden Heilman was recently accused by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Alabama of laundering the SPLC'S Donor's to the tune of 1.2-million dollars over that supposedly went to her livein boyfriend for what reason we do not know. ... but, what we do konw at this time is that a large portion of that 1.2-million dollars was funneled into a joint bank account that she shared with him. This trial is tentatively scheduled for October 5th, 2026. This is not the first time that the SPLC has been accused of mis-handling Donor Dollars, but it is first time that the Center has faced a Federal Trial.

The point of this article is that far-left Anti-Christian/Anti-American organizations like the SPLC should never again be allowed infiltrate into our Nation's Public School System and push any type of cultural, social or political agenda on to our offspring.
