The main reason why things NEVER get any better in LOUISIANA is because we have a long HISTORY of our ELECTED OFFICALS PLAYING MUSICAL CHAIRS.
FACT: BAD REPRESENTATIVES become WEAK MAYORS and WEAK MAYORS becoming HORIBLE GOVERNORS, HORIBLE GOVERNORS becoming GREAT PRISON INMATES, GREAT PRISON INMATES become WONDERFUL REALITY TV STARS, etc ...
... nothing ever really CHANGES, except the FACES, the NUMBERS on their BACKS and their NAMES!
