4.5 MILLION DOLLAR JUDGMENT is NOT an INDICTMENT of the JPPSS!
The JPPSS now claims that the recent "$4.5 MILLION DOLLAR JUDGMENT against them is not an indictment of their special education program!
Does anyone in JEFFERSON PARISH PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM have any IDEA what BULL$HYT SMELLS LIKE?
Saying that a 4.5 MILLION DOLLAR JUDGMENT against them is not an INDICTMENT of their INADEQUATE PROGRAMING is like PRESIDENT OBAMA saying OBAMACARE is UP and RUNNING on all 8-CYCLINDERS!
In other WORDS what the JPPSS is claiming is all "A BIG FAT BLACK LIE"!
The JEFFERSON PARISH PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM has been WARNED over and over by YOURS TRULY to put CAMERA’S up in every CLASSROOM, WALKWAY, HALLWAY, LUNCH ROOM, GYM and LIBRARY for the past 10-years!
CAMERAS offer ACCOUNTABILITY, something that the JEFFERSON PARISH PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM has NEVER offered to the JEFFERSON PARISH TAX PAYERS, the JEFFERSON PARISH STUDENTS or the JEFFERSON PARISH PARENTS!
CAMERAS could have SAVED the JPPSS 4.5 MILLION DOLLARS or COST them a WHOLE LOT MORE! CAMERAS are just like DOUBLE EDGED SWORDS, they can cut both ways!
FACT: If the TAX PAYERS in JEFFERSON PARISH knew what was happening in SPECIAL and REGULAR EDUCATION CLASSROOMS throughout PARISH, HUNDREDS of LAWSUITS would be FILED and the JPPSS would be BANKRUPTED by all the JUDGEMENTS and SETTLEMENTS!
FACT: PARENTS have the RIGHT to know what's going on in their CHILDREN'S SCHOOLS, CHILDREN have a CIVIL RIGHT to attend SAFE, CLEAN and FREE SCHOOLS and TEACHERS, SCHOOL STAFF and SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS have CIVIL RIGHT to WORK and TEACH in SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENTS, but that ain't the way it is in the JPPSS!
FACT: TEACHERS, STAFF MEMBERS and SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS are SYSTEMICLY TERMINATED if they SPEAK UP about the UNSAFE WORKING CONDITIONS in the PARISH!
FACT: The JPPSS spends more TIME, ENERGY, MONEY on DISCIPLINE and COVERING UP DISCIPLINE PROBLEMS than they do on INSTRUCTION!
… and if you don’t believe me ask any JPPSS TEACHER, SUBSTITUTE TEACHER, JEFFERSON PARISH POLICE OFFICER or RETIRED SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR!
To make matters MUCH WORST than they already were PRESIDENT OBAMA SIGNED a RACIST EXECUTIVE ORDER, back in the summer of 2012 FORBIDDING PUBLICLY FUNDED SCHOOLS from DISCIPLING BLACK STUDENTS and then SENT out the totally corrupt SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW CENTER to ENFORCE his RACIST EXECUTIVE ORDER!
The JPPSS is in CHAOS and there will DEFINITELY be more INDICTMENTS and JUDGMENTS coming forth in the foreseeable future!
