FACT: Attending a FREE PUBLIC SCHOOL in AMERICA is a CIVIL RIGHT, attending a SAFE PUBLIC SCHOOL is IMPLIED in that CIVIL RIGHT, but that part of the LAW is being IGNORED, sadly, not just in ORLEANS and JEFFERSON PARISHES, but rather across LOUISIANA and throughout the UNITED STATES!
PUBLIC EDUCATION in AMERICA is currently designed to put most of its FOCUS on the STRENGTHENING our WEAKEST LINKS in PUBLIC EDUCATION! However, the CHINESE EDUCATION PROGRAM is primarily FOCUSED on making their STRONGEST LINKS STRONGER!
... and that is why the CHINESE are "CAPITALIZING" and AMERICA is "CRUMBLING" behind the "NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND ACT"!
