Body camera video shows teen takeover response at Bayshore Mall LINK: https://www.itemfix.com/v?t=rt2o3t Glendale, WI - New video shows what Glendale police describe as chaos at Bayshore Mall on Sunday, March 29, in what was described as a planned teen takeover. Glendale police arrested 14 people, ages 12 to 19, and referred charges of disorderly conduct, battery and resisting police. Video shows police responding to several fights, arresting several teens and pepper-spraying others. Teen takeovers are a national trend, now in Milwaukee. The takeover at Bayshore was the first of several incidents that police responded to across the Milwaukee area. Another was reported at Mayfair Mall and another at Moody Park. On Monday night, police responded to a shots-fired call nearby during the takeover at Moody Park. "I was disappointed to see what developed with a lot of the kids who were there," Mayor Bryan Kennedy said on Tuesday. "It's not illegal for a bunch of kids to get together on a Sunday afternoon. What is illegal are the fights in the streets and the threatening clerks of stores." Bayshore will enforce its weekend curfew daily until further notice. So, anyone under the age of 18 is required to have someone 21 or older with them after 3 p.m.
