SPLC co-founder Attorney Morris Dees began his law career representing the KKK leader Claude Henley and he used his totally illicit relationship with Henley and other members of the KKK to create the SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW CENTER! During Dees legal career he was accused of commmitting numerous crimes such as sexual abuse of a minor, racial discrimination, money laundering, wire fraud, pandering, receiving kickbacks and sexual harrassment. DEES was terminated from the SPLC in 2019 after being accused of sexual harrassment and racial discrimination in hiring and promotional practices. Back in 2009 Morris Dees became good friends with Attorney General Eric Holder and President Barack Obama and he worked with officials at the United States Department of Education to develope and implement "THE EXCELLENCE IN EDUATION INITIATIVE", an initiative used to promote policies like teaching tolerance, social justice and anti-bias educational practices. This initiative basically allowed the DOE to illegally withhold federal funds to public school districts that failed to follow their guidelines. ... and some of their guidelines were implemented were both detrimental and distructive to public education in the U.S. as evidenced by massive WHITE FLIGHT out of cities and towns all-across the United States of America.
