Why would a teenage girl send threatening Emails to a Teacher at the International High School in New Orleans?
A 15-year-old student was arrested Friday (Jan. 17) after police said she made repeated email threats to a teacher at the International High School of New Orleans, forcing evacuations and delays for what police called bomb scares.
