In exchange, the Sinaloa cartel provided intel on rival Mexican drug cartels to the DEA—the Juárez, Los Zetas, and Tijuana drug cartels—and was allowed to import billions of dollars in drugs to the U.S. All with the knowledge of Barack Hussein Obama.
