ANSWER: Because I witnessed 1st hand the Black Students coming through the Public School System in the Greater New Orleans area over the past 32-years.
FACT: Black Families are more dysfunctional than ever before! Drug Usage, Violent Crime and an Entitlement Mentality has become the RULE for the majority of Black Americans, rather than the EXCEPTION.
