Recently in a nationally broadcasted speech in an obviously demented state of mind PRESIDENT BIDEN placed a TARGET on DONALD TRUMP before he was SHOT during a CAMPAIGN RALLY, referred to DONALD TRUMP as the WOMAN who was his VICE-PRESIDENT and PRESIDENT PUTIN as the PRESIDENT of the UKRAINE! Seriously, recently PRESIDENT BIDEN is sooOOO CONFUSED and DISCOMBOBULATED that he actually placed a TARGET on DONALD TRUMP right before he was SHOT in his right ear, referred to DONALD TRUMP as the WOMAN who was his VICE-PRESIDENT who was qualified to take his place at the DROP of a HAT, and VLADIMIR PUTIN as the PRESIDENT of the UKRAINE! Sadly, many of BIDEN'S biggest SUPPORTERS in CONGRESS, MEMBERS of the MAINSTREAM MEDIA, MEGA DONORS and LIFE-LONG FRIENDS have COMPLAINED about the fact that BIDEN he does not even recognize them and cannot even recall their names.
