If found guilty, the suspects could face life in prison without parole.
The incidents are the latest legal woes for the former Green Bay Packers and New Orleans Saints player.

New York City gun owners are getting an unwelcome holiday surprise – letters telling them to turn in their shotguns and rifles, or face the consequences.
The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is sending out letters to targeted gun owners whom they believe own a now-illegal rifle or shotgun with the capability of holding more than five rounds. The letter reads:
“It appears you are in possession of a rifle and/or Shotgun (listed below) that has an ammunition feeding device capable of holding more than five (5) rounds of ammunition. Rifles and shotguns capable of holding more than five (5) rounds of ammunition are unlawful to possess in New York City, as per NYC Administrative Code 10-306 (b).”
The letter gives these city gun owners but three options:
One – Immediate surrender of the rifle or shotgun to your closest precinct.
Two – Permanent “removal” of the rifle or shotgun from New York City and proof of doing so given to the NYPD. Proof includes a notarized statement; also the address where the firearm will be stored or where it was sold must be given.
