FACT: Members of the SPLC were actually sent out all over the United States to ENFORCE this very ridiculous EXECUTIVE ORDER!
FACT: Mr. MORRIS DEES the FOUNDER and LEAD ATTORNEY for the LILY WHITE LEFTIST HATE GROUP, namely, the "SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW CENTER" was actually going around the UNITED STATES telling anyone who was SMART enough to LISTEN that he was ACTING as a HOMELAND SECURITY and LEGAL ADVISOR to the PRESIDENT, the DHS, the USJD, the FBI and the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT of EDUCATION! Everyone assumed that Morris was just an old washed-up Attorney with a BIG MOUTH, OVER-ACTIVE LEBITO and a FEEBLE BRAIN!
FACTS: During that same time period I was working as a DISCIPLINE FACILITATOR for the JEFFERSON PARISH PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM in SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA! Shortly after President Obama took Office in January of 2009, I began to notice a new trend in Discipline Procedures begin to unfold. Members of the SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW CENTER seemed to become MUCH more EMPOWERED and began to show up at more and more Discipline Hearings, in particular Discipline Hearings involving BLACK STUDENTS! By October of 2010 it became nearly impossible to move Black Students to ALTERNATIVE SCHOOLS, no matter what types of Behaviors they were exhibiting. I complained to my Superiors, I complained to the JPPSS’s LEGAL TEAM, namely, GRANT, BARROW & “SURRENDER” and I complained to my Colleagues and School Administrators, all to no avail.
FACT: During this same time period Black Student’s Behaviors were becoming more and more Emblazoned! Some Black Students seemed to be doing everything possible to get EXPELLED or sent to an ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL! But the SPLC would frequently show up and do everything possible to keep them on a REGULAR SCHOOL CAMPUS! Needless to say, discipline was actually so horrific in some schools that Teachers were actually afraid to Teach, Teachers were afraid to discipline Black Students and some Teachers were actually afraid to walk to their cars unescorted at the end of the school day!
FACT: A lot of Teachers, Staff Members, School Officials and Students had also been Injured and/or assaulted by the SPLC's EMPOWERED BLACK STUDENTS, who had by January of 2012 began to freely walk in and out of classrooms, roam the hallways, use profanity, become physically and verbally aggressive, refuse to participate in classroom assignments and/or activities, as well as, grossly violate the School Systems Dress Code!
FACT: On May the 18th of 2012 I sent an Email addressing my concerns to the SPLC and the rest is HISTORY!
FACT: CONSERVATIVE GROUPS are only now beginning to REALIZE how BADLY they have been MISTREATED by the PRESIDENT of the UNITED STATES, the DHS, the USJD, the FBI, the IRS and the NSA!

FACT: During this same time period Black Student’s Behaviors were becoming more and more Emblazoned! Some Black Students seemed to be doing everything possible to get EXPELLED or sent to an ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL! But the SPLC would frequently show up and do everything possible to keep them on a REGULAR SCHOOL CAMPUS! Needless to say, discipline was actually so horrific in some schools that Teachers were actually afraid to Teach, Teachers were afraid to discipline Black Students and some Teachers were actually afraid to walk to their cars unescorted at the end of the school day!
FACT: During that EXACT same time period, Teachers and School Administrators would actually see me entering the School Building or walking down the Hallways and follow around the school telling me how awful things had become! MOST of the MIDDLE and HIGH SCHOOL RESOURSE OFFICERS HATED their JOBS, many had been Injured on the Job and some of the SCHOOL RESOURSE OFFICERS were actually accused of being “RACISTS” by Members of the SPLC! A lot of Teachers, Staff Members, School Officials and Students had also been Injured and/or assaulted by the SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW CENTER’S EMPOWERED BLACK STUDENTS, who had by January of 2012 began to freely walk in and out of classrooms, roam the hallways, use profanity, become physically and verbally aggressive, refuse to participate in classroom assignments and/or activities, as well as, grossly violate the School Systems Dress Code!
FACT: During that EXACT same time period HOME-SCHOOLING was becoming MUCH more of a Viable Option for White-Hispanic-Asian Students! Many Parents were actually moving their Children out of Jefferson Parish, just as their own Parents had moved out of Orleans Parish 20-years earlier!
