I was actually INVESTIGATED by the U.S. Justice Department for Speaking Out about the Prevalence of Black Crimes occurring in Schools in the State of Louisiana. As a School Psychologist and Discipline Fascinator in Jefferson Parish Louisiana I began to notice a Brazenness of Vicious and Dangerous Types of Behaviors being Perpetrated against other Students, Facility Members, School Administrators and Support Staff, behaviors with both intensity and frequency like I had "NEVER EVER" seen before. Most of these Behaviors began to occur shortly after President Barack Obama took Office as President of the United States.
It seemed as though the Black Student Population in Jefferson Parish felt EMPOWERED by the Obama Presidency! EMPOWERED to the point that many Black Students began to act as though the School System Rules and Regulations no longer applied to them.
In fact, Black Students who had Never Exhibited Behavioral Problems in the Past Began to walk in and out of classrooms whenever they felt the urge, many Black Students began using Profanity in Class settings, began taunting other Students, violating Dress Codes, as well as, responding disrespectfully to Faculty Members and School Administrators!
Chaos became the Order of the Day in too many classrooms, in too many schools and in too many School Districts. School System Administrators all across America were Systemically being told by the United Stated Department of Education that the Obama Administration frowned on Schools Systems that Suspended, Excluded and/or Expelled too many Black Students. To make matters MUCH Worse than they already were in July of 2012, President Obama made his Sentiments Official by signing an Executive Order taking away Public School Systems ability to Discipline Unruly Black Students.
FACT: The Main Goal of Obama’s Executive Order was to STOP All Disciplinary Actions against Black Public School Students. As anyone with half a Brain would Suspect, Complete Chaos has ensued in Public Schools Across the United States of America.

Bush’s “NO CHILD LET BEHIND ACT!”! an Act actually turned out to be “NO CHILD WILL BE ALLOWED TO PROGRESS ACADEMICALLY, UNTIL LITTLE TYRONNE LEARNS HOW TO READ, WRITE, ADD, SUBTRACT, MULTIPLY AND DIVIDE!” The Biggest Problem with the “NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND ACT” was that too many Tyrones and Tyneshias didn’t know their ABC's, many couldn’t Count to 10 and some didn’t even know all of their Primary Colors!
Another Huge Problem with the “NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND ACT” was that it “NEVER EVER” Factored in the Fact that the Average High School Graduate has an IQ of 100, and the Average IQ for Black Students in North America is 83! Just based on that fact alone, Seasoned Educators already knew for a FACT, that approximately 75% of all Black Students entering Kindergarten in 2012, would “NEVER EVER” Graduate from High School, unless of course, the Educational Standards for Black Students were significantly lowered!
In 2013, very few Black Students are attending 4-year Colleges in the United States and among those that do only a miniscule number of Black College Students go on to receive a College Diploma!
CASE IN POINT: Southern University is a Predominately Black College located in the Heart of the City of New Orleans. Southern University has the lowest College Graduation Rate in the United States of America. Southern University’s Graduation Rate has hovered around 4% over the past 8 to 10-years! Furthermore, a Black Student in the City of New Orleans stands a Significantly Higher Chance of being Murdered, Charged with Murder or becoming a Career Criminal than Graduating!
