FACT: Many New Orleans Students fear for their Personal Safety every single day. Simply standing at the Bus Stop or getting on the School Bus can be a Life Threatening experience. Many Students will not even use the School's Restrooms, saying that it's simply too Dangerous to go in there.

FACT: Louisiana has the Highest Per Capita Incarceration Rate in North America and 89% of Louisiana's Prison Inmates are Black, most of whom are under the age of 30 and almost all of them are Repeat Offenders! Many of Louisiana's Most Violent Inmates have RAP SHEETS over 20-Pages long!

He jokingly said that Sheriff Marlin Goseman had given him a "FRENCH QUARTER WEEKEND VISITORS PASS" for $1.000! In some Places that's called Bribery, but apparently that's not the Case down in the "BIG SLEAZY"!
