FACT: As Governor of the Great State of Louisiana the very first thing I'll do in Office is to Disarm all the Prison Inmates. I know in my Heart of Hearts that this sounds like Cruel and Unusual Punishment, but I'm gonna dn it anyway. I just don't think that the Inmates should be ARMED and that's all there is to it.
