PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN'S SLURRED SPEECH is an accurate indication of his MENTAL DECLINE! "FOR GOD'S SAKE" get this poor man off the WORLD STAGE! This is "ELDER ABUSE" to say the very least! ... and "NO", I don't hate JOE BIDEN. In fact, I wish him all the BEST, but POOR OLE JOE is no longer ready for "PRIME TIME"!
