Late last night, Troopers working in coordination with the Louisiana National Guard and the New Orleans Police Department conducted an enforcement operation near Canal Street and Claiborne Avenue in New Orleans after observing reckless driving behavior. During the operation, Troopers seized 18 four-wheelers and 5 dirt bikes, made multiple arrests of dangerous and reckless operators, and recovered numerous firearms. These types of activities put the public at serious risk and will not be tolerated.
