whenever there is a THREAT WITHIN OUR BOARDERS, for ANY Of it's 50 STATES!!!
A STATE of EMERGENCY SHOULD Be DECLARED to STOP This WAR!!
Bring In the NATIONAL GUARD,
DECLARE MARSHAL LAW!!!! -
DO What EVER NEEDS To DONE to STOP this WAR On OUR INNOCENT PEOPLE as QUICKLY
