RULE NUMBER 3) Always take note of the WEATHER, in particular the WIND DIRECTION, as STRONG WINDS can adversely affect the trajectory of the BULLET, especially in regard to STRIKING SMALL ANIMALS or LONG-RANGE TARGETS!
