Baltimore seemed to be going well until a white female by the name of Tracey
Halvorsen wrote an article about how she and her white neighbors live in fear
everyday due to the rampant crime in their area. Her article: Baltimore

about a week ago and she writes about how she is growing to hate living in
Baltimore.
