We now call PUBLIC EDUCATION what it really has become "COMMON CHAOS" or something like that!

In 2013, AMERICAN PUBLICLY FUNDED SCHOOL SYSTEMS in predominately BLACK BLIGHTED CITIES and TOWNS like NEW ORLEANS, NEW YORK, JERSEY, BALTIMORE, ATLANTA, BATON ROUGE, DETROIT, FLINT, ST. LOUIS, PHILLY, OAKLAND, BROOKLYN and WATTS are currently SPENDING more TIME, ENERGY and MONEY on SCHOOL SAFTEY, SCHOOL SECURITY and maintaining DISCIPLINE than they are on providing our CHILDREN with an EDUCATION.
FACT: Most of these INNER-CITY IMPOVERISH PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEMS are now producing more INMATES, DRUG DEALERS, GANG BANGERS, THUG LIFERS, TINY TUPACERS, LITTLE TRAYVONS, AFRICAN QUEENS, PEOPLE PARASITES, GOLDEN GRILLERS, ENTITLEMENTERS and CADAVERS than COLLEGE GRADUATES!
FACT: The LILY WHITE ZIONIST LIBERAL MEDIA, the SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW CENTER and the OBAMA ADMINISTRATION have SHAMED PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEMS across AMERICA into SHUTTING DOWN SPECIAL SCHOOLS, ALTERNATIVE SCHOOLS and COMMUNITY SCHOOLS which have historically been used to separate the STUDENTS who come to school to LEARN from the ones who come to school to DISRUPT the CLASS, SELL DRUGS, ENGAGE in GANG ACTIVITY and EAT LUNCH.
FACT: PRESIDENT OBAMA has now made it IMPOSSIBLE for PUBLICLY FUNDED SCHOOL SYSTEMS to even DISCIPLINE BLACK STUDENTS, without FACING the LOSS of FEDERAL FUNDING!

FACT: No SPECIAL SCHOOLS, No ALTERNATIVE SCHOOLS and No COMMUNITY SCHOOLS, basically means that the "INMATES are now being allowed to RUN the ASYLUMS"!
FACT: PUBLIC SCHOOLS across AMERICA now separate the GOOD STUDENTS from the BAD STUDENTS simply by CHANGING their SEATING ARRANGEMENT! You can only imagine how EFFECTIVE that form of DISCIPLINE is WORKING! DISCIPLINE is now a thing of the PAST! DISCIPLINE in PUBLICLY FUNDED SCHOOL SYSTEMS across AMERICA is now considered to be "OLE SCHOOL"!
FACT: PUBLIC EDUCATORS are now being told to IGNOR all the BAD BEHAVIORS and REWARD all the GOOD BEHAVIORS! The following SCENARIO is a GOOD REPRESENTATION of SCHOOL DISCIPLINE in 2013!
Bill raises his hand to inform his HOMEROOM TEACHER that TYRONE has a HAND GUN, three CRACK PIPES, four BONGS,  two BAGS of WEED and 13-CRACK ROCKS, the TEACHER responds by moving TYRONE to the back of the CLASSROOM, not as a form of DISCIPLINE, but rather as a means of putting as many PUPILS as possible between her and TYRONE, in case he decides to OPEN FIRE in the classroom.

GOD, how I wish that all of my afore-mentioned STATEMENTS were SATIRICAL, rather than the TRUTH, the WHOLE TRUTH and NOTHING but the TRUTH about PUBLIC EDUCATION in AMERICA, in 2013!
