FACT: If we lower the Requirement for obtaining a High School Diploma to 80 more Black Children will be able to Graduate High School! If we do the same thing at the College Level, we will certainly have more Black Doctors, Lawyers and Engineers! Hell, I might even geaux back to school to become an Effin BRAIN SURGEON!
