who doesn't. I know that the CRIME RATE in LOUISIANA is tooOOOOOO EFFIN HIGH
and a lot of really GREAT LOUISIANANS are Suffering because of it. Sadly, the
ones who are Suffering the MOST are poor URBAN BLACKS who are being held
