CITY of NEW ORLEANS after HURRICANE KATRINA! In truth, very few native WHITE
FOLKS showed any interest in returning to NEW ORLEANS after that tragic storm
ravaged the city! In fact, most of the WHITE FOLKS took their RECOVERY FUNDS to
ST. TAMMANY, ST. CHARLES and ST. JOHN PARISHES to buy, or build new homes, in
safer neighborhoods, with better schools!
