Sharpton is
expected to preach at Charity Missionary Baptist Church before attending a
vigil near the scene of the shooting.

 

 

Scott, a BLACK MAN
was shot April 4 and former WHITE Police officer Michael Slager initially said
he fired after a tussle over his department-issued Taser. Dramatic witness
video showed that Slager fired eight times as Scott ran away. Slager was fired
and has been charged with murder.

 

 

Scott was a father
of four and Coast Guard veteran whose death sparked outrage as another instance
of a white law officer fatally shooting an unarmed black man under questionable
circumstances.

A WHITE SOUTH CAROLINA POLICE OFFICER GUILTY of COLD-BLOODED MURDER!

A WHITE South Carolina police officer who claimed he killed an unarmed BLACK man in
self-defense has been fired, the city's mayor announced Wednesday, a day after
the release of a video showing the WHITE officer firing eight shots at the
fleeing BLACK man's back.

The mayor also announced that he had ordered body cameras to be worn by every single officer
on the force in North Charleston.

Protests began within hours of the murder charge against MICHAEL SLAGER.

"I have watched the video. And I was sickened by what I saw. And I have not watched it
since," Police Chief Eddie Driggers said. He was interrupted by chants of
"NO JUSTICE – NO PEACE" and other shouted questions that he and the
mayor said they could not answer.
