3) I will surround myself with People from all Ethnic Groups and I'll Listen Carefully to each and everyone of them before making any kind of conclusive decision about anything.
4) I will "NEVER EVER" waste a minute of the Louisiana Taxpayers time on worrying about being Popular, getting RE-Elected or being Politically Correct!
5) If there happens to be a BIG WHITE ELEPHANT in the Room, I'll drag his AZZ out into the open and expose Him or Her for the Whole World to SEE!
6) I will focus on putting Louisianans back to Work!
7) I will put Cameras in every Publicly Funded Classroom in Louisiana, because I know that Cameras Significantly Increase Accountability and ensure that our Teachers are Teaching and our Children are Learning!
8) As Governor I will encourage the Oil Industry to dig more Oil Wells and Build more Modernized Oil Refineries here in Louisiana.
