was Jacele Johnson, a four-year-old girl , who was shot while sitting in a car

police said of 27 people who were shot, at least eight of them were killed in a
series of separate shooting in Baltimore since Friday afternoon. In the most
recent events, officers were called to the 1600 block of Hazel Street around
10:30 p.m. Sunday for a report of discharging of a firearm.
