A Hispanic Student was actually ROBBED while waiting in the outer hallway while his Father was inside the School's Front Office Registering him into the School.

FACT: Tony knows EXACTLY where all the BONES are BURIED in the JEFFERSON PARISH PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM!
There is also several "YOUNG BLACK THUGS" roaming the HALLWAYS of JEFFERSON PARISH PUBLIC SCHOOLS on both the EAST and WEST BANKS and the JPPSS seems to be quite reluctant to move any of these LITTLE BLACK THUGS to an ALTERNATIVE SCHOOL SETTING!
I SUSPECT that the reason the JPPSS is too CHICKEN $HYT to do anything about all these LITTLE BLACK THUGS is because they don't want to DEFY PRESIDENT OBAMA'S EXECUTIVE ORDER-DEMANDING that PUBLICLY FUNDED SCHOOLS not DISCIPLINE BLACK STUDENTS and the THREAT by the SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW LIARS and SINNERS of another CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATION LAWSUIT being FILED with the U.S. DEPARTMENT of EDUCATION against the JPPSS for IDENTIFYING too many BLACK STUDENTS with very SERIOUS BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS!
WOW, forget about the well-known FACT that 'YOUNG BLACK THUGS" are posing a THREAT to the SECURITY of our entire COUNTRY!

If you as a TEACHER, STAFF MENBER, RESOURCE OFFICER or SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR know of a particular STUDENT or GROUP of STUDENTS who are PRESENTING as a DANGER to themselves and others and FAIL to FILE a POLICE REPORT, you actually opens yourself up for LITIGATION as an INFORMED ASSESSORY!

FACT: PARENTS have the CIVIL RIGHT to send their CHILDREN off to SAFE SCHOOLS, TEACHERS, SCHOOL STAFF MEMBERS and SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS have the CIVIL RIGHT to WORK and EDUCATE STUDENTS in a SAFE ENVIRONMENT, but GUESS WHAT that ain't exactly what has been occurring in SCHOOL SYSTEMS across LOUISIANA, for the past 50-years!
