SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST MARK ANTHONY TRAINA author of "THE REALEST Educational Facts Essential To Parents And Educators" says that U.S. PUBLIC SCHOOLS are spending more time and energy on SECURITY ISSUES than EDUCATION in nearly every major AMERICAN CITY.
In fact, in places like NEW ORLEANS, BATON ROUGE, CINCINNATI, LOS ANGELES, DETROIT, FLINT, CHICAGO, ST LOUIS, MONROE, LAKE CHARLES, LAFAYETTE, CLEVELAND, MEMPHIS, BALTIMORE, PHILLY, NEW YORK CITY, CHARLOTTE, CHARLESTON, SHREVEPORT and WASHINGTON D.C., SCHOOL ATTENDANCE is POOR, the SCHOOLS are DANGEROUS for STUDENTS, TEACHERS, ADMINISTRATORS and STAFF MEMBERS and READING, WRITING and MATH PROFICIENCY is far below grade level expectations. In many of these cities students are recieving HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMAS reading at 3rd to 5th grade levels which means that they will not be eligible to attend COLLEGES or be competent enough to fill out a JOB APPLICATION.
