🚨 THREE SUSPECTS NOW CHARGED WITH CAPITAL MURDER AFTER 19 YR OLD SHOT WHILE TRYING TO ESCAPE AN ARMED ROBBERY IN HOUSTON 🚨 Houston police say Jose Acosta, 19, and his 15 YR old brother were sitting inside a vehicle in the 3500 block of Corder Street around 7:45 p.m. on August 3, 2026, when three armed males allegedly approached them and robbed them at gunpoint. Jose tried to get them the hell out of there. Police say he attempted to drive away. That’s when the suspects allegedly opened fire on the vehicle. Jose was hit. His little brother, sitting right there with him, was not physically injured. Jose was rushed to the hospital and died the next day, August 4. Nineteen years old. Dead because police say three people decided an armed robbery wasn’t enough. Now all three suspects are behind bars and charged with capital murder. 🚨 Crishaad Adams, 17 Arrested August 21. Charged with capital murder in the 487th Criminal District Court. 🚨 Miquan Tyrell Wright, 20 Arrested August 26. Also charged with capital murder in the 487th Criminal District Court. 🚨 Jermireon Javonta Franklin, 17 Arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on August 28. Charged with capital murder in the 497th Criminal District Court. Think about Jose’s little brother for a second. He is 15 years old. He allegedly watched three armed people rob them. Then watched bullets come flying at the car while his brother desperately tried to escape. And then watched his 19 yr old brother die because of it. That child gets to carry that memory for the rest of his life. Meanwhile, two of the accused are only 17 themselves. Seventeen. Old enough to participate in an armed robbery that ended with another teenager barely out of childhood dead. And this is exactly why I keep screaming about consequences. We cannot keep shrugging our shoulders while kids become armed offenders, victims become statistics, and families bury their children. Justice reform. Capital punishment for the worst of the worst. Bring back long-term mental institutions. Recognize evil for what it is, because demons don’t negotiate for peace. Use your voice. Vote your values. God. Country. Truth. Faith & Fire.
