No one is SAFE in BIG BLUE CITIES and VICTIMS of LAWLESSNESS while waiting at the SCENE OF THE CRIME for the MEN IN BLUE to arrive are often used as TARGETS. According to the U.S. SURGEON GENERAL standing around in the middle of BIG BLUE CITIES is very DANDEROUS and more often than not "HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH"!
