I build guns from top to bottom, and I am always searching for ways to make all my guns safer, more accurate and easier to use in critical situations. With that being said, there are a few gun companies that I am a patron of; one in particular is RUGER FIREARMS. I love RUGER RIFLES and PISTOLS. Recently I purchased a brand new 10/22 Ruger and to say that it is an ecstatically beautiful, accurate and reliable weapon would an understatement, however, I have experienced a problem in loading and unloading this weapon, however, I have come up with a very simple solution and I am hoping that RUGER ARMS will resolve this problem proactively in short order. Solution shown in the photos below.

The FBI's 2024 crime data indicates a 10.3% decrease (BS) in reported violent crime during the first half of 2024 compared to the same period in 2023 (BS), but certain metropolitan areas continue to struggle with high rates of violent criminal activity. Memphis, Tennessee, remains the most dangerous city, with St. Louis, Missouri, following closely as the second most dangerous. The FBI's 2024 quarterly crime report showed that murder decreased by 22.7% (BS), rape decreased by 17.7% (BS), robbery decreased by 13.6% (BS), and aggravated assault also saw significant reductions (BS). However, these national trends mask significant variations at the local level, where many cities continue to experience high rates of violent crimes.

Fraud Denial Backfires As He’s Slapped Down by Documentation Showing Otherwise

Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) attempted to portray an ongoing mortgage fraud investigation against him as evidence of a weaponized government, but was immediately rebutted by a “Deed of Trust” document clearly showing his primary residence listed in the state of Maryland, a key factor in the allegations being lobbed in his direction.
Schiff, in an appearance on NBC’s "Meet the Press" with host Kristen Welker this past weekend, described the accusations hanging around his neck like an albatross as "patently false."
"They're patently false. And the president knows it. And the housing agency president's person [FHFA Director William] Pulte knows it," Schiff insists. "He's essentially doing the president's bidding against me, against Letitia James, against this person on the Federal Reserve."
"Mortgage is their new weapon to go after their critics," he added. "But I've been very open about my residency both in California and in Maryland with my constituents and with the lenders. So there's no 'there' there."

Some people believe there is a lot of 'there' there.
Schiff's denials did not sit well with Christine Bish, an activist and Sacramento-based congressional candidate who, as RedState has covered for years, broke the story and worked on the mortgage fraud allegations against the junior senator from California for years.
"They are absolutely true," Bish claimed on X, referring to the mortgage fraud allegations. "Over 300 pages of documents, including notarized property records and tax forms. I will put my facts against Schiff's lies any day."
Bish posted a "Deed of Trust" - a legal document used in some states as an alternative to a mortgage for securing a real estate loan - filed in 2011, showing Schiff's Maryland property listed as his "primary residence."
As reported by RedState's Mike Miller, Bish has presented multiple Deeds of Trust showing Schiff refinanced his Maryland home, additionally in 2009 and 2013, which also list it as his primary residence.
The problem is that Schiff also allegedly declared his principal residence was in California, according to 2009 and 2011 financing documents for his Burbank condominium.
On top of that, RedState's Bonchie revealed a "smoking gun" video, which shows the Senator unequivocally stating he has never maintained a primary residence other than the one he has in the Golden State, insisting his California home "always has been and always will be" his "primary residence."
And there you have the crux of the investigation. Schiff is now under federal criminal investigation by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Maryland for alleged mortgage fraud.
Pulte, in a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, concluded that Schiff engaged in a sustained pattern of possible occupancy misrepresentation in "multiple instances" by having "falsified bank documents and property records to acquire more favorable loan terms."
President Trump raised questions about the alleged mortgage fraud on Truth Social weeks earlier, saying he "always suspected Shifty Adam Schiff was a scam artist."
Trump upped the ante shortly thereafter, saying the Senator needs to see prison time for his reported actions.
"Adam 'Shifty' Schiff is in BIG TROUBLE! He falsified Loan Documents," the President wrote on his Truth Social media platform. "Now Shifty should pay the price of prison for a real crime, not one made up by the corrupt accusers!"
With reality setting in on the allegations, Schiff is creating a legal defense fund as he is facing some potentially serious charges.
Schiff, of course, has the presumption of innocence, and no charges have been filed as of yet. Documentation uncovered by Bish, along with video evidence of his own statements, however, could very well lead to significant legal trouble for him down the road.
