What cities like CINCINNATI don't say is that more often than not VIOLENT CRIMES are not being reported to the MEDIA! ... and to make matters even worse is that POLICE OFFICIERS have been told by HIG RANKING CITY OFFICIALS to KEEP THEIR HEADS DOWN AND MOUTHS SHUT IF THEY WANT TO KEEP THEIR JOBS!
