    There is no MIDDLE GROUND! VIDEO GAMING and SOCIAL MEDIA ADDICTIONS are just like ALCOHOL, DRUG and GAMBLING ADDICTIONS, unfortunately once these addictions are established, they are LIFE-LONG ADDICTIONS that never cease!
