Obviously, telling the truth in some cases can lead to problems especially in your marriage! So, with that being said, whenever my wife asks a question that I know could lead to a confrontation, this occasionally works for me. I simply say, "I COULD TELL YA, BUT THEN I WOULD HAVE TO KILL YOU!"
Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of people who don't particularly agree with me on a number of topics, but I do fully support their descent.
