    LACK of CANDOR is often defined as a "LILY WHITE LIE", a "COVER UP", "PUBLIC CORRUPTION"! POLITICIANS often use CANDOR by saying things like "I WILL HAVE TO GET BACK WITH YOU ON THAT, or "I DON'T KNOW" when they do know the TRUTH, and the TRUTH is OBVIOUS, or WELL-KNOWN to everyone in the ROOM except them!
