CNN has taken 110 Hillary Clinton polls since 1992
and this is one of the worst!

Hillary Clinton will be
officially, formally, (for real this time) announcing her bid for the White
House in less than two weeks, but she'll be entering the race at one of her
lowest levels of popularity in decades on the national stage.

CNN has been polling
Americans on their views about Clinton since March 1992, when she emerged as a
national figure shortly after the joint "60 Minutes" interview she
did will Bill about his extramarital affair with Gennifer Flowers. During this
stretch, CNN has conducted 110 polls that have asked Americans whether they view Clinton
favorably, and her numbers in the survey released on Tuesday (46 percent
favorable and 50 percent unfavorable) are among the worst they have ever been.

In fact, there are only
two times that the percentage of Americans viewing Clinton unfavorably has been
higher — and even then, it was only slightly so. In January 1996, when Clinton
was under heavy scrutiny for her role in the Whitewater scandal and firing of
White House travel office workers, 51 percent viewed her unfavorably. In March
2001, when Hillary became embroiled in the controversy surrounding pardons
granted by President Clinton before he left the White House, her unfavorable
rating shot up to 53 percent.
