Interestingly, the ST. TAMMANY PARISH SCHOOL SYSTEM located directly across Lake Ponchatrain from NEW ORLEANS has one of the FINEST PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEMS in the UNITED STATES!
... oh by the way, the ST. TAMMANY PARISH PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM is 87% WHITE, whereas, the ORLEANS PARISH PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM is 89% BLACK!
ORLEANS PARISH STUDENTS STANDARDIZED ACADEMIC and COGNITIVE TEST SCORES are similar to PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS in DETROIT!

FACT: NEW ORLEANS PARENTS are rightfully DEMANDING a QUALITY EDUCATION for their CHILDREN and the NEW ORLEANS PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM is not currently PRODUCING very many QUALITY PUPILS!
In DEFENSE of the STUDENTS the NAAWP fully SUPPORTS QUALITY SCHOOLS and QUALIFIED TEACHERS. On the other hand, the NAAWP knows that it is IMPOSSIBLE for any good CHEF to make CHICKEN SALAD, especially if the main ingredient is CHICKEN $HYT!
FACT: NEW ORLEANS TEACHER'S will begin to PRODUCE better STUDENTS when NEW ORLEANS PARENTS start PRODUCING better behaved and more motivated CHILDREN!
FACT: QUALITY CHILDREN come to school on time, following directions, keep their arms, hands and legs to themselves, obey school and school bus rules, participate in classroom activities, as well as, complete all classroom and homework assignments!
FACT: It's really that SIMPLE!
HISTORICALLY, the ORLEANS PARISH PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM has PRODUCED 90% more CRACKHEADS than COLLEGE GRADUATES, 87% more ENTITLEMENTERS than COLLEGE GRADUATES and 72% more CADAVERS than COLLEGE GRADUATES! Sadly, things are expect to get much WORST in the FUTURE!
FACT: 13 of the WORST PUBLIC SCHOOLS in the UNITED STATES of AMERICA are LOCATED in ORLEANS PARISH!
One might conclude that attending a PUBLIC SCHOOL in ORLEANS PARISH is more of a DEATH WISH, than a PATHWAY for SUCCESS in LIFE!
... but don't tell ANYBODY, just let it be our DIRTY LITTLE SECRET!
