According to the SPLC, the Supreme Court has handed down a landmark ruling in Louisiana v. Callais that effectively declares racial gerrymandering unconstitutional. The SPLC recently weighed in on this very important political issue by clearly stating that setting up race-based minority Voting districts has always been illegal in all 50-states and rightfully so! The Democrats have been caught once again red-handed with their greedy little hands in the cookie jar.
